一、报名方式及费用
对于掌握了计算机相关知识的所有人员均可参加考试，报名及缴费统一使用教育部考试中心的网上报名系统，报考一、二、三级的每人72元，报考四级的每人112元，考试方式全部实行无纸化。

四、报名程序及缴费办法
报名分为网上填报基本信息、网上缴费两个步骤，都要在报名及缴费时间内完成，报名及缴费时间结束，一律不再接收报名及缴费。
(一)考生上网填报基本信息
报名时登录“山东省教育招生考试院”网站(www.sdzk.cn),选择“2019年3月全国计算机等级考试网上报名”栏目，所在地市选“油田”，考点选“中国石油大学胜利学院”；若为我校学生报名时应在“班级”栏填上相应信息，如“18级会计一班”，便于统计。
考生应在规定时间内上网填报、修改及查询本人信息，填报完毕未确认信息的考生，系统将在24小时后自动删除。填报过程包括登录、查看提示信息、输入并提交保存。修改和查询与填报过程相同。考生要认真填写、核对本人信息，并对自己所填报信息的准确性、完整性负责。
考生应上传本人清晰的、正置的、近期的正面免冠彩色证件照，不得上传生活照、校园照、宿舍照、大头贴、手机自拍照、旧照片的扫描照和翻拍照所形成的电子版照片，照片参数为：像素最小为192×144(高×宽)，成像区最小为48mm×33mm(高×宽)；成像区上下要求头上部空1/10，头部占7/10，肩部占1/5，左右各空1/10；照片文件应为JPEG格式，后缀名为jpg；照片文件大小要求:20KB～200KB，个人要对上传照片负全责。
(二)网上缴费
考生已确认报名信息但未在规定时间缴费的视为自动放弃报名考试资格。由于数据库更新需要一定时间，可能缴费后还有一段时间系统显示“未支付”，请过段时间再查。
